Team DMR

***New Applicant Requirement Update***  Though TeamDMR prides itself on being a fun and friendly environment for its memebers, it has now been decided that due to the nature of our core team that we would like all new members to be 21 years of age or older as to try and maintain team cohesiveness by keeping all members within the same age range.  Those that have already applied before this change will still be considered. 

1.   CHEATING, GLITCHING, and any form of UNSPORTSMANLIKE conduct will not be tolerated.  We will not hesitate to enforce this team policy.   

2.   No pressure environment, but still highly competitive...we don't have formal "try-outs", we don't demand you participate in any events you don't want to, and all teammates' opinions/ideas are viewed as equal when it comes to DMR.  All new member requests are decided by a team vote with the majority ruling.

3.   A large network of good, clean racers at your fingertips.

4.   Access to the best tournaments Forza has to offer.

5.   Help with setting-up & tuning cars.

6.   Being provided with the latest and greatest cars & tuning setups from the entire team...if I have it and you want it, it's yours! 

7.   "Driving lessons" available to those that just need a few pointers on how to take that one turn a little faster.

8.   In-game "financial" aide also available.

9.  ***Gamertag change update*** For all future new members, gamertag changes will be REQUIRED to illustrate dedication and desire to be Team DMR.  We understand this does cost actul real-life money, but it is a small price to pay if you truly desire to be on DMR as it is a worthwhile cost in the long run. 

10. Bottom line, the DMR Way is to ensure that every member prospers in all aspects of the game they wish to excel at, and mainly HAVE FUN along the way!
